Chrisman FCCLA had a wonderful time volunteering at the Edgar County Animal Shelter for Day of Service for FCCLA Week. The members walked multiple dogs during this time and fell in love with many of them.

Rehearsal Information
We have a full schedule leading up to the show. Please note that this is an updated schedule from the one sent home in December. All rehearsals will take place in the High School Gym.
Transportation: For all February rehearsals taking place after school, rides will be provided for students from the elementary school to the high school. Parents do NOT need to attend practices.
February Dates: Feb 16 (9:15am–10:15am) Feb 20 & 25 (3:30pm–4:30pm)
March Dates: March 4, 11, 30, & 31 (All 4:00pm–5:00pm)
April Dates: April 1, 7, 8, & 9 (All 5:00pm–6:00pm)

The 8th Grade visited the Candles Holocaust Museum in Terre Haute today(2/9). They learned about Eva Kor and her journey to Terre Haute from Romania and Isreal and the issues that the Jews went through during the Holocaust.

This week at CHS/CSJH. It is Homecoming Week for the high school. The annual basketball game will be on Friday with the boys taking on Westville at 5:30pm. Monday the HS girls will honor their seniors before the game at approximately 5:15pm as it is varsity only.

The HS girls varsity basketball team will play at Georgetown on Friday (1/30) at 5:30. The varsity boys will follow afterward. It is cancer awareness night.

Due to current road conditions on several of our country roads, we will be implementing our Winter Snow Route bus stops for the remainder of the week. All Times Are Approximate Route one Rest stop north of Chrisman Pick up 7:10 Drop off: 3:15 Former Camping center storage units (south of Chrisman on Route one Pick up 7:25 Drop off 3:30 Scotland Road/Route 36 (Rock Pile) Pick up 7:20 Drop off 3:20 Scotland Regular bus stop (Methodist church) Pick up 7:30 Drop off 3:30 It is important that students must ride the same route in the afternoon that they ride in the morning.

As usual, parents may bring their children to school in their own vehicles if they wish. School will start at regularly scheduled times.
